FAQs

We provide 2 kinds of different shipment services for different request as follow.
1. EMS, E-packets or DHL global mail it takes about 5-20 work days. We recommend to use E-packet and global mails.
2. DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, It takes about 3-7 work days, normal we choose the china post as carrier, the same time we keep the rights to choose faster carrier for you.
1. Please be advised the international delivery highly depends on your local custom and postal service. To ensure you can receive upon minimum tax, we will declare the item with low value, any import charge is on you. But don't worry about it. In many conditions, the import charge is $0.
2. Please confirm the shipment way and payment, we will ship the products to you as soon as possible, htne we will tell you the tracking number, anyway, your item will be taken good care when you receive it.
3. All orders are sent in our standard packaging. Please be sure to offer your detail Name/Address/Post code/Telephone number, it is required by the carrier on International Shipments. We cannot ship an International order without address/telephone number. We will ship on the default address that you offer if you don't confirm us. And a telephone number is important when you leave your address. When the parcel is return because of your wrong information such as Name/Address/Post code/Telephone number, we are not taking responsible. All the cost due to the wrong information will be afforded by yourself.
4. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs, import deties, taxes or the other customs charges.
The normal shipping time is 5-20 work days. If you need it hurrily, please contact us and we will send the package in DHL which usually cost about 3-7 days.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund. Send us an e-mail or just contact us on line, we will do the best we can.
Easy Exchanges:
Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock on your fee.
Refund:
Return the item for a refund, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back us.
Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order delivered date.
Packaging Requirements:
Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our support e-mail or talk to us on-line first.
Step 2: If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of your order id and size or color which you want to exchange for. If you return for Refund, Our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.
Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.

Please note: If you choose to pay for your own shipping, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label.
